This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 2d1n platform and is binding on all users who access or use our services. Please read it carefully before registering or using any product or service offered through this platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 2d1n platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document as well as all related policies published from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 2d1n as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 2d1n platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under applicable law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 2d1n platform. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure and maintaining access to your account. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 2d1n will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 2d1n support immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account suspected of misuse or involvement in activities that violate these terms.
- One account per user — duplicate accounts will be closed.
- Registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
- Users are responsible for all activity that occurs within their account.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another party.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 2d1n platform agree to use the service in a lawful, ethical manner that does not negatively affect the experience of other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or manipulation of the payment system.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Attempting to steal or access another user's data without authorisation.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Violating any applicable Malaysian or international laws while using the platform.
2d1n reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the 2d1n platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online bank transfers through FPX and local e-wallets such as Touch & Go eWallet.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 2d1n is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete payment details submitted by the user.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the 2d1n account holder. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days for bank account withdrawals.
2d1n reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction for security investigation or identity verification purposes. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 2d1n may freeze the account in question while the investigation is ongoing.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 2d1n platform and all its content — including designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software code — are the property of 2d1n and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2d1n.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2d1n shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including any financial losses related to betting activity. Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
The 2d1n platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 2d1n is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access these sites entirely at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law
2d1n reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or reasonable security concerns. Where an account is legitimately closed, any unused balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures, subject to any relevant investigation.
2d1n reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
